Returns Accepted Within 30 Days
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed socks in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Condition Matters
Returned socks must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used items.
Custom Socks
Please note: custom or personalized socks are non-returnable, unless there’s a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Email us at support@socklaboratories.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defective product.
